This hotel was in an excellent location - 2 minutes from the Akasaka subway station and bus stop. There are free tea, coffee and toiletries in the reception area. The staff were incredibly helpful - they explained and administered the luggage forwarding service for us. Breakfast was served in the next door cafe but we didn’t have this. The room was really small though - not enough space for us and two suitcases - but clean and functional. It is Tokyo after all! Would recommend!!

What a great hotel. I loved the location. It so close to the metro and there so many restaurants to choice from. A Wendy's near by and close to the harry potter train station. There is a shopping center nearby. The room is tiny but we took out what we needed and put our large luggage underneath the bed. On certain night they offer donuts, they were sooo delicious. It was the perfect little snack in the evening. We were able to ship our luggage to our last hotel at the front desk. It take two days to ship to the next location, which was perfect because our last stay was in Osaka. Make sure you have cash to give for the luggage transfer. When I come back to Japan I plan on staying here. I didn't realize this is a chain hotel we saw this hotel I think Kyoto or Osaka I can't remember. The bed and the pillow were so comfortable.

Recommended hotel. The location is strategic: a few steps from the metro stop that includes several lines and then connects different areas of the city. The staff is very friendly. The room small in size, but perfectly compliant with Japanese standards. Clean, but the carpet unfortunately does not help and this could be a negative point for those suffering from allergies to dust. Ditto the bathroom, small but functional. Upon our arrival we also found pajamas (long nightgown style for both) and slippers, and these are very welcome attentions, as well as the equipment of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed breakfast at the bar attached to the hotel, which we found convenient, despite the not very wide choice. Ultimately we would recommend this hotel, and we would choose it again.
