It's about a 5-minute walk from Kiba Station. It's a quiet environment, probably because it's away from the main road. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping. The building is old and the room key is a traditional key, not a card. However, the room was clean and I had no complaints.

So old they still have old school key for room door. TV was big and new though with free screen cast. About 15 minutes walk from train station. People are nice and helpful. Room on 8th floor was so noisy.

Far from the hustle & bustle of the main city but manageable via Metro subway (Kiba Station - Tozai Line). Value for money is good, but a little old style (they still use traditional keys for the rooms instead of key cards) nonetheless the stay is okay. There are few restaurants & cafes along the neighbourhood too that you can explore :)
