Excellent hotel in terms of cost benefit. It is close to the subway, about 10 minutes walk and through it you get to the main points in about 20-30 minutes. It is also close to the Narita airport, about 30 minutes, which made it a lot easier. Bed is in the futon style, very comfortable, as well as pillows and bedding. Pyjamas and amenities are available in the room. Got a fridge, hair dryer. In front is a Lawson who helped us a lot with breakfast and food in general. Quick and friendly service both at checkin and checkout. Only point for us was regarding the amount of water in the shower. Being those adjustable on the wall, we find that little water comes out.

My whole family, 5 people. We requested separate beds in two rooms. We arrived after 36 hours of travel. I asked the gentleman at the front desk again if they were separate beds. He told me yes. After the check-in process, we went up and there was only one bed in the room. We went back down. He told me that they had to prepare the other bed. I told them we were exhausted from the trip and the scorching heat of Tokyo. They offered me another room, as an exception, with two beds, but we had to leave it the next day. I imagined something special, but no. It was practically the same room but with two beds. In the morning, after repacking all the luggage, I go to the front desk for the change and they tell me that I have to wait until around 11 am for the change. I told them they couldn't make me waste the whole morning waiting for a check-out. With a sour look, they were able to move things along a bit. Bad customer service! After that incident, everything worked normally. Neat hotel. They need to improve customer service at the front desk.

Do not stay here! Extremely rude front desk. Talking and laughing at us in Japanese when asked to how to mail a pocket WiFi !
