The nearest station is Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station on the Toei Oedo Line. It's convenient because there are many convenience stores and restaurants. Although the room was compact and it was difficult to spread out the suitcase, the drum-type washing machine installed in the room was a huge help, completely freeing me from the stress of laundry piling up. Recommended for people staying for a long time. I did not use the microwave.

Microscopic room, ours was like a hallway, conclusion: impossible to put suitcases on the floor and move around at the same time. We had to put one suitcase on the mini desk and one on the floor that we had to step over to move around. Cleanliness was not really up to par and for breakfast no "fresh" food: soups to reheat, rice to cook, smoked fish, cereal... Since we arrived late, the restaurants around were no longer serving, so we bought food for ourselves, but the rooms are small, so we thought we could dine in the reception hall where there are chairs and tables. However, the hotel did not want that, we ended up sitting cross-legged on the bed to eat... in short, a very bad experience; fortunately we only stayed one night.

We stayed 4 nights, booked for the location and washing machine + dryer in the room. These two points were the best of the stay. Would not order breakfast again - is not bad, although frozen and needed to be heated in the room’s microwave. We were sad as there are so many other lovely spots around the hotel to grab something fresh in the morning, but not everything needs to be perfect. AC is a bit louder, overall comfortable normal stay. Helpful and kind receptionists. Our luggage arrived and waited for us in our room, appreciated.
