There is an entrance at the back of the restaurant building (although it may be called Hidakaya or the bird aristocracy). There is no denying the feeling of a mixed-use building. In the morning, I pick up snacks (but not ready-made rice balls, etc.) at the front desk and eat them in my room (hard to explain). If you split it, the cost is not bad.

Low price, near the JR station, convenient neighborhood (lots of restaurant and stores) and friendly staff ! The only draw back is (1) the breakfast is wired. The food is in the 2nd floor and we have to go there to "take out"into the room and eat them . (2) far from TOKYO. However, it's a high C/P hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a month on business visit. From the airport take a limousine to reach tachikawa for 3600 yen. Hotel is just couple of blocks from the stop hidden a bit. Its 2 min walk from tachikawa metro station but takes around 45 min to reach tokyo city. Lot of restaurants and shops around. Hotel service is real good but i find it a bit odd to go to the reception to take breakfast and carry it back to the room since the hotel doesnt have a restaurant in it. All in all a reasonable priced hotel a bit far from city but in a good locality with good facilities.
