I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Japan. For a country known for its hospitality, this hotel had none. The staff didn’t even greet us with a simple hello. It felt like the place was run by robots rather than people. There was no sense of care or service for guests. The check-in process was also quite slow. The rooms were very small, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to shower comfortably. It was clean and had basic amenities, though. One good thing was that the tap water was safe to drink, so there was no need for bottled water. However, charging a phone was difficult as there was only one port, and it required an extra connector. Breakfast had many seafood options, but there were hardly any choices for vegetarians or people who don’t eat seafood. Overall, there’s nothing impressive about this hotel. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. Thank you.

Comfortable beds with bathtub for a perfect dip after long walks and shopping. The location is a 5-minute walk to the North Exit of Uguisudani Station. Many eateries around, McDonald's and Don-Donki just around the corner. I will book this hotel again when revisiting Tokyo!! P/s: The Japanese-style breakfast was good.

This was our first accommodation as part of a tour (for a lot of money). ….worn inventory, stains everywhere, mold in the bathroom, shower cubicle leaking, stains in the bed. If possible, you should definitely avoid this. We are very disappointed and will complain about this.
