Stayto Hotel

When booking with this hostel, I wanted to make sure there is free cancelation as they post on their webpage. I contacted them on their chat platform and they guaranteed that the cancelation is with no charge up to two night before arrival. However, when I decided to cancel, they showed me the fine print that the deposit (~10%) is nonrefundable. When I pointed that I chatted with them they asked for the script as they do not keep trace of there service. They even note that when it is refundable it comes to your account as credit for future booking. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

Hotel staff spoke English very well. Easy to arrived at hotel from Ueno or Inaricho station. Easy to travel in Tokyo or nearby. Great Service and clean. Near shop for food or drink. Very quiet. Will back again.

Location was great very convenient. Only a few minutes to inaricho subway and some few minutes more to ueno. There were mini marts and restaurants around as well. We stayed in a bunk bed room. It was lovely. We got everything we needed including a yukata. The room was cleaned up daily and neatly. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I do strongly recommend this hotel for anyone.
