It is walking distance from Hofu station and Aeon mall, which is very convenient. The bed is on a hard side, but for the value including breakfast, I can't complaint. There are some Izakaya near it as well. ベットは少し硬いかなぁと思いましたが、場所や朝食込みを考えると良い値段だと思います。

The hotel was located next to the Hofu JR station within 5 min walk. It was very convenient though you might hear the train sometimes. There was an artificial onsen in ground floor where travellers could enjoy after a day's walk. The free breakfast was also good and offered a lot of variety.

From a business traveler perspective, the place is very well located in Hofu, practically across the road to Hofu JR station and is well connected to Yamaguchi and Shinyamaguchi by bus and train. Those who are new to Route Inn, these are well established chain of business hotel with all the basic facilities you may expect from a mid range business hotel in the price range of 60-80 USD. The hotel had all the required amenities, decently sized room, standard en-suite toilet and bath module, TV, Wi-Fi, tea / coffee pot etc. Breakfast was mix of Japanese and Continental the spread/ options were sufficient. Wi- Fi, like in most Japanese hotels was fast and without additional charges.
