The location is quite ok, the Karato fish market and train station within walking distance. We had a twin deluxe room which was of good size, and had a chair and sofa. Cleanliness was not very good...

The hotel is in between Shimonoseki Station and Karato area and no so many restaurants around. The entrance is on the opposite side of a main street so it is a little bit difficult to find the...

If you ever wanted to try tatami floor and sleeping on futon, this is the place. Restaurant on top floor thus very convenient. Recommend taxi from train station so you don't have to drag them...
