Hotel Kamefuku

First of all, the attitude of the elderly female receptionist at the bath was terrible. When I asked if it was okay to put my parking ticket here, she silently slammed the paper of information posted next to the reception desk with her hand, which left me dumbfounded. I think she meant "Read it!", but I was surprised at how overbearing it was. Also, maybe because it was a three-day weekend, there were a lot of families and it was noisy and not a relaxing atmosphere. When I went into the toilet in the large bath, the person in front of me had not flushed the toilet, and I didn't notice because I was looking down while washing my head in the washing area of the indoor bath, but my towel was stolen, which was a problem. The customer base was also bad, and there were some rude people who took a baby who was probably still in diapers and took a bath as if it were normal, and black people who jumped into the bathtub without even pouring themselves over themselves. It was a case of cheap but bad quality, and I was disappointed. I like Yuda Onsen itself, but I will never go there again.

Stayed here for one night as a part of my package trip from Hiroshima to Fukuoka and it was a nice and comfort stay because the service of staff was very efficient and went in every way according to japanese hospitality standard. Booked a room for three person and they had us a bigger room with both tatami and bed section. We had a misfortune by forgetting thr room key at the lobby, but the management had the case taken cared of so nicely that we had tosay big thank you to them. Location is on shopping and dining area so even though you are in a quiet town , you sure can have some fun. Onsen is very well decorated and you have many choices of bath type. We quite like to recommend the place for anyone visiting Yuda onsen area.

The baths are OK and private baths are available. Uncomfortable futons (much worse than a regular onsen hotel) in the room, even though I'd booked beds. Annoying music piped down the corridors from 6am... very audible in the room. Average breakfast.
