A big hotel on the doorstep that feels like this! 🔻 【Staff Response】③ They came by as soon as we arrived in the car, and politely said, “Hey, you’re here today…” They took us out of the car and led us to the lobby. 🔻 【Lobby】③ There was a small lobby right in front of us as we entered, which was a bit crowded. An amiable woman was kind to the receptionist. The attendant showed me to my room carrying my luggage. There was a pond with lots of fine carp swimming around, and we were able to feed them♪ 🔻 【Barrier-free】③ It's almost OK, but there are some small steps here and there. 🔻 【Room】③ It is a very spacious and beautiful Japanese-style room with an outstanding sense of openness. 🔻 【View from the room】② There is a mountain range in the distance and you can see "only the summit" of Mt. The rest is the cityscape. 🔻 【Onsen appearance】④ There are two places: a wine bath and a small private bath with a view of the high floor. The temperature was moderately high, and it was very satisfying to relieve fatigue by soaking in the magenta and fragrant tub. The open-air bath was also very pleasant♪ 🔻 【Cooking (dinner)】④ I had it in a private room. The last dish of the year is ♪ Each dish looks very stylish. Koshu beef, crab, etc. were available in a large number and the taste was very good. 🔻 【Hotel kiosk】③ The kiosk was small and was mostly made up of local specialties and items related to Shingen Takeda. Being Yamanashi Prefecture, I had a lot of processed Shine Muscat products. 🔻 【Cooking (breakfast)】③ I visited it during the year-end and New Year holidays, so the breakfast scene was different from usual and it was a good dish for the eyes colored with New Year's food ♪ 🔻 【See off on the way home】③ We paid in the lobby and the attendants carried our luggage to the car. 4 Reasons you MUST try! Such luxury! 1. As the French know, wine baths are great for skin & health. Here it is combined with the Mineral Onsen waters and kept at a lower temperature for longer soaking. Skin never felt so wonderful! 2. The Outdoor Thermal-water Onsen is quite beautiful and featured on the Yamanashi Prefectural poster (was extremely hot in the summer, but perfect in January). 3. We loved the Koi Fish swimming up to the Floor-to-Ceiling Windows and into the lobby overlooking the 4. beautifully landscaped garden. Pay 100 yen and feed them (no wonder the Carp are so big) There is an older section to the hotel so maybe the other reviewer paid the cheapest price. We stayed in the tower section (in picture) and newly renovated room with beds, sitting area, large tatami area and pretty tokonoma. 5. The food was very elegant too. 6. Excellent view of Mt. Fuji from large room windows-stunning in the sunset! And now you have 6 reason to stay

This hotel needs more then just a thorough renovation. The whole facility is old and not well looked after. Okay it is cheap compared to the other Onsen but I would not go back. Better to pay more then elsewhere. Why ? If the room is not clean that is bad housekeeping and the air/smell in the room was bad too.
