A very different experience from the lodges I have stayed earlier as the lodge sits on a hill with breathtaking views of the savanna. As advised by our travel agent, we decided to stay here for the wildebeest crossing and being a wildlife photographer, we witnessed a spectacular crossing on the Mara River the very next day, thanks to our driver/guide, Charles, who positioned the vehicle in the best spot. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and always happy to help with our needs. The meals were delicious and being vegetarian, there was a lot of variety of Indian, local and international specialties. Room was very clean and comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep after a long day in the park. Highly recommended.
