Carlton Tower

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carlton Tower Hotel. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. Ishtaiyaq and Sabre provided exceptional service, always helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location. The value for money is excellent and they constantly checked in to ensure our needs were met. It’s also very close to most of the shopping mall, the Kuwait Tower and the Grand Mosque.

Poor service and bad odour. The reception and rooms have bad odour from on site restaurant and stale carpets. Manager was rude and lacked customer empathy . Rest of staff were very helpful

Where do I begin? I booked a large double bed and instead was given two single beds adjoined together. I solely booked this hotel to rest and sleep but they had this idea of allowing a very loud party in their premises and the music was blaring out late hours. I made several complaints and staff reaction was that the Management would take action in the morning. The management even did not bother to respond or offer a simple apology. The only saving grace are some friendly staff but the hotel is disgusting given the price and provided comfort level.
