Le Royal Tower

My luggage was lost coming to Kuwait and I have been waiting for some days to get it back. The personnel at the hotel was truly helpful with that - they were on the phone with the airport staff handling the lost luggage cases constantly - many times throughout the day so I didn't have to do anything else on that topic. Thanks for that again. Besides that, the room was clean, had enough free space, couldn't really hear anything from the outside. Breakfast was traditional European, so if you're flying from Europe you'll get something for yourself. The location of the hotel is great, I had some meetings at Cisco and could walk there every day (500m away). Transport from/to the airport can be arranged at the reception for 7KWD = 21eur.

Good staff, comfortable and wide rooms, friendly staff, breakfast is delicious. in the centre of Kuwait city. small lobby, no night activities for guests. suitable for business trips. near Sheraton hotel.

Dear Le Royal Tower hotel management, the Hotel and services are good , but you have a very poor breakfast menu , I stayed more than 4 times in your hotel and this problem I always face. I advise you to improve this and for sure this will enhance your services.
