Arissara House

This place is totally overpriced. Rooms are nice size but everything is very run down and in urgent need of renovation. No room service, toilets do not flush properly, staff speak little/no English and pool is a joke! (Filthy and size of bath tub)

In my option this is not a boutique hotel only guesthouse, room was clean, after complaining cleaned pool but pump still not working even after 10d No laundry service, restaurant, & bar as advertised. This could be a good place but constant noise from neighbours from 6pm till early hours, plus traffic noise all day. A nice 20 min walk from town, only 1 bicycle tried to get another kept asking but to no avail. We had arranged pick up from boat pier which was in middle of now where but never arrived. Have arranged free t/f to airport though. We did get offered another room but smelt of damp & could still hear music. Some receptionist very very poor English had job communicating.

Nice guest house, This is not a hotel, very clean room, nice location a good 20 minutes walk to town, when we arrived the pool was unusable, no bar , no laundry service on site .Been looking for the restaurant unable to find that either. We stayed here for 9 nights and kept awake every night with very loud music going non stop from 6pm till 2am every night from the locals, worst place I have stayed in 12 weeks of travelling.
