Villa Nagara Luang Prabang

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Perfect stay! I stayed here for a few days, the room and the entire hotel are VERY CLEAN, the linens and towels smell amazing and fresh. Every day when they clean the room they replace coffee, free water bottles, and so on. The gentleman at the front desk is super nice, HELPFUL, and always available. He helped me even when I was sick to find the best clinic, the best pharmacy with an English speaking pharmacist. Reception can make all the arrangements for SHOWS, TOURS, TRANSPORT. Everything in the room is very well kept, NEW AC UNIT, NEW HAIRDRYER. The breakfast is DELICIOUS, they have an entire menu for you to select from, and plate of many fresh fruits for each person. It has A GREAT LOCATION, right near the night market, and on the river front.

This is a great hotel in a super location overlooking the river and a quiet location yet still within a short walking distance to the main street and night market. The room is spacious, well equipped with good bathroom and had a balcony overlooking the river. Wifi worked well. The hotel manager Adam is extremely hospitable and obliging - a true hotelier.

The Villa Nagara Hotel consists of 2 colonial houses standing next to each other on the road that is by the river, an excellent location. All rooms are not quiet, because of the historic windows and doors. Traffic at the front, village noise at the back, dogs, roosters, life just. The decor colonial or old, the housekeeping OK, nothing more. The hotel manager is brilliant, understands and organizes very well, holds everything together. Breakfast is simple, eggs, toast, salad, fruit, and variations thereof. Drinkable coffee. The Booking.com reviews I can't understand, for me the Villa Nagara would be an 8.5, nothing more.
