Ban Lakkham Guest House

Amazing view, service, food overall a lovely and pleasant stay. The Manager Tom was courteous, prompt and helpful. This is a perfect location quite close to all the major attractions. Would strongly recommend.

Sweet Boutique Hotel on the Kham River. Simple beautiful rooms with terrace. Good, sumptuous breakfast. Excellent location, within walking distance of everything worth seeing. We were served and advised by two wonderful people at reception, by Tom and Niyai. They are competent, very polite, approachable at all times, always in a good mood. We had a wonderful time at Ban Lakkham River View. Thanks to the whole staff.

Liked · Enjoyed our stay at Ban Lakkham. The rooms and the hotel itself are lovely, old colonial type digs, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Bath room was good also. Beware of the floors, they are insanely slippery (very nice hardwood). Dont get about in socks, you'll break your neck. The lads were more than happy for pointers and to organise tuk tuks and the like. Disliked · The lovely but deadly floors as mentioned above. Another minor gripe, being made to leave your room key at reception EVERY time you left the building. Kinda weird, like your Dad knowing where you are at all times.
