Perfect location, amazing Staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend for solo travellers / couples and families. Owner and Staff were very helpful with tips on my travel. I am very grateful for all as if we would not meet my experience in Laos wouldnt be so amazing. Their knowledge on the area is priceless as you can not find this information on internet and in the guides. Booked it only because of the reviews. First of all has no aircon only a fan it was super hot in the room. The bed and pillows were the worst in full SEA we had. Check in was weird in the middle of family dinner and you have to walk through the family rooms to get to your room. The room is tiny and dirty. And the worst it was so loud. We woke up every Morning at 4:50am to someone chopping wood. Which is ridiculous. Dogs were barking all night. I had the worst night sleep on my full holiday. Gave washing to clean returned minus two trousers. So I had to find them myself. Overall very disappointed and would not stay here again. Worst hotel so far on our 3 weeks trip.

My first time to visit Luang Prabang, I really enjoyed while staying at this place. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and also provided me the good recommendations where I should visit or to eat in Luang Prabang. Morever, while stayed here, I felt as if I were at my home. Thank you so much!
