Best Western Vientiane

Outstanding hotel in great location of Vientiane. Staff was professional and very helpful. I accidentally broke an object in the room, and they told me no payment was necessary for it -- they easily could have requested a payment. Good facilities and attached to a nice bar/restaurant. I'm glad I stayed here!

The helpful staff here really make the place - and the restaurant has an outsanding chef. Laos is full of great cooking, but this woman exceeded everywhere else.

We stayed at Le Charme Vientiane for two nights at the end of our 24‑day trip in Laos, and it was a perfect place to finish our journey. The location is great — very close to the night market and many restaurants. Our room was cosy, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were professional, always smiling, and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good, with many choices and some à la carte dishes. The new swimming pool is wonderful — a quiet and relaxing place in the middle of the city. We often had the pool just for ourselves, which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back anytime.
