The hotel has now been renovated and named as Seasons Riverside. The rooms are clean as you see in a 5 star property. Plus you get all these: 1. Very clean towels and sheets. 2. Vanity kit, shaving, tooth brush, shower cap, sampoo and mostierisers 3. Internet 4. Electronic Safe locker 5. Disposable slippers 6. Two bottles of drinking water every day. I have been to Vientiane a lot of times and have stayed on #1 ranked hotels. Believe me, this one is one of the best I have seen in more than 30 international cities. The hotel does not have gym of pool, however you must note the price - 40-45 USD,

This was probably a nice hotel once but it's below par now. My room was smelly and the floor was sticky. The breakfast wasn't up to much either. It is on the riverfront it's a bit of a walk along the dirt road before you reach the restaurants. I wouldn't stay there again.

Friendly, English-speaking staff. A welcoming, warm atmosphere. All right, it isn't the finest building in town, but the service is good, the beds are clean, and the bathrooms are adequate (with running hot shower). The terrace is pleasant for breakfast or dinner (even if the prices are a little high). Spectacular views of the sunset! Easy walk to the city centre, ten minutes from the airport! Helpful, pleasant people. Very reasonably priced!
