City Inn Vientiane

A nice small hotel at a good location with very helpful and friendly staff. We walked everywhere to the main attractions but then we are walkers 😁. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a junior suite which looked a tad dated but it was very spacious and comfortable and most of all very clean and neat. It has all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast was a simple affair with choices and more than enough to get you going, really enjoyed the congee.

I put 3 For the quality of the staff that serves you. But I think the pictures and they take it are not alike. The quarti was warm when I arrived and the room is not correct. It's okay but it can get better. They didn't prepare the room before arrival, Olia that they hadn't entered in a long time.

In Vientiane we stayed one night taking the City Inn, located near the Chao Anouvong National Stadium and 10 minutes walk from the center of Vientiane, the capital of Laos. The Ho Pha Keo and That Dam Black Stupa can be reached within a 15- to 30-minute walk. The structure of the Hotel turns out to be a bit dated, a bit vintage: still discreet room with bathroom and shower more than decent. Unfortunately, the staff was a bit cold and detached, and not everyone understood English. Breakfast average, not plentiful.
