Regency Palace

It is my first time here in the hotel. The hotel is location is perfect with amazing view. The exterior building of the hotel needs to be renewed.. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The rooms are very luxurious with fantastic ambiance.. very clean rooms and all the facilities are available. I recommend this hotel. 5 /5 👍🏼

You literally have to beg them to clean ur room. Their cleaning is dirty. Their wifi is slow and poor. You have to keep reminding them to give you new towels and tissue roll. They give you only 1😂 Hygiene is zero. Your room always smells like pee. Their heating is zero. You literally freeze. Sitting inside is same as sitting outside. Thanks but never again.

Everything is great from checkin till check out still in good shape even with the hardtime welcomig staff and confi rooms food is excellent definately will Come back.view is great from the bedroom continental or arabic breakfast are superb
