Arrival at 21:45.. reservation with Booking. com didn't found and requested cash payment, plus offensive and insulting treatment: "or you pay cash or go out from the hotel because if we don't found the reservation it's false" At my insistent and warning to call the police, at 23:10 miraculous they found the reservation. I'm sure that they don't have that behaviour with germans or Scandinavians.. so I feel they racism. I'm the room the WC and bath discharge blocked and bath not only blocked but throwing out garbage, simply disgusting.. after shower needs to wash feets in the washbasin. Breakfast scarce and of poor quality. Never again in that hotel.

Incredibly bad hotel. Smells bad. Rooms are not cleaned, only changed towels, terribly bad breakfast. It looks old and worn out, like being taken 30 years back in time. We lived on the 7th floor and there was a sound that was through the walls and created vibrational noise. Nothing to do with following the people who worked there. No will to change rooms. Have been at a 2-star hotel that has better service and cleanliness than this. We ended up packing things and finding a new hotel for the night.

I stayed for two nights with a group of 21 people. To summarize briefly; the air conditioning was broken, the room was not cleaned after the first night, the bathroom was not cleaned, and they did not change the dirty towels. In the morning, breakfast showed other shortcomings. For those who wanted something sweet, there was only a small tray of pastries, and the machines for hot drinks did not dispense milk. I have never felt so bad even in more underdeveloped countries.
