I went the event hall Granada 1, A wonderful experience from start to finish. The event hall was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our graduation ceremony. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized, making the event run smoothly. A special thank you to Puan Rahimah for her outstanding support, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout the preparation and event day. She was attentive, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Her dedication truly made a difference. On behalf of ECO Training & Consultancy Centre, we sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming event space. We had a good experience holding our church retreat at Hotel Granada from 17 to 20 June 2026. Sales Manager Rahimah made all the necessary arrangements to host us for 4 days, ensuring everything is set up properly in our event hall, our rooms and meals. Thank you Rahimah for the good service. Nabin, the banquet staff who assisted us during the 4 days also did a fantastic job. He was very prompt in attending to our needs and was always polite in response. I will recommend this hotel to other churches looking for a retreat venue. The hotel is very conveniently located within amenities like Aeon Mall, food and recreation. Medical facilities like clinic and pharmacies are within walking distances.
