I put this note because the staff was very good! Clean pool and breakfast was good! We didn't have any clothes... we asked and they gave them to us. There are restaurants not too far away. For the rest, the hotel needs a new one!

I checked in on the 6th Nov & check out on the 7th Nov 2024. Once i enter the room is really not worth the price i pay RM195 for family. Room smelly, the bed is so dusty ,the toilet door once you enter , you have call someone from outside to open. The cleanliness is totally unacceptable. The whole night we cannot sleep cause the itchy, the mattress really unacceptable. The Hotel need to do refurbishment . I will never recommend anyone. When I checked out I told the guy at the reception that the toilet door has problem, he just smile and did not do any record to send to the maintenance. I think this is the worst hotel I have stayed in Malaysia. Cats are all around.

Frankly, the hotel looks obviously in need of an uplift. There seems to be some signs that decor was updated over time, from the varying styles in the lobby furniture and fittings, but the building itself needs some maintenance as it is, after all, not a new hotel. That being said, considering its location in a small town with not much reason to go there other than as a layover to the islands, it IS the only hotel with 'conventional' hotel amenities like an in-house restaurant, onsite parking etc. The rooms themselves are basic but clean and adequate, staff are reasonably nice, the restaurant isn't overpriced. It's an ok place to stay.
