Bella Vista Express Langkawi

The facility is great for what its worth. The staff is great especially the one named Zulfadhli. He showed great hospitality and always smile. Great hotel, I really had a good time staying here. The price of this hotel is pretty cheap. Considering the location of this place which is located near the airport and chenang beach this hotel is a no brainer.

The hotel looked lavish. The staffs are polite, well-behaved and adjusting. The food available at the dining hall (buffet/ala carte) was very tasty and presented in a royal way. The rooms were spacious, very clean with a good scenic view of the road and lawns from the room. Free wifi facility was available only at the reception hall and dining hall. On the whole, we had a warm and cozy stay there.

The behaviour and services of the staff is very cheap. The condition of the bathroom is dirty, drainage not working, no response from staff after complaining. In the first room A/C and fridge not working. Aftr asking for room change, staff behaved too bad
