Resorts World Langkawi

I am extremely disappointed with the experience. My booking at your resort was for. Unfortunately, my Indigo flight to Langkawi was permanently cancelled due to operational issues, and there were no alternate Indigo flights on any other dates. I immediately informed you 1 month in advance and requested to either cancel the booking or move the dates. I understand this was a non-refundable booking, but the cancellation was due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite multiple calls and emails, I was not offered any assistance to reschedule or adjust the booking. I never expected this level of service from a group like Resort World. As there is no way to reach Langkawi without flights, I had to take an alternative flight to Penang instead. I request you to reconsider and either cancel the booking or allow me to reschedule the dates. I hope a brand of your stature will show some flexibility and empathy.

This restaurant is great! All the staff are lovely. I loved it and want to come again.

A hotel that presents well from the outside.However the rooms are far from the reception.I was at room 4209 it takes well over 5 minutes with luggage it is very complicated... The rooms are getting dilapidated, and my shower was clogged and without hot water... I think there are nicer hotels on Langkawi On the other hand the infinity pool is really nice
