We stayed at Tanjung Rhu Resort for 9 nights; we stayed in Bayu Senja Seaview Suite. from the moment we arrived the water and beaches were just magical even better than photos so beautiful and the five star friendly service from the moment we arrived Everyone all staff so friendly and helpful going above and beyond to help making the stay even more special and memorable The rooms are large extremely clean, staff cleaning and services rooms daily We had the most amazing views of the beach and the islands just magical we loved our stay The two large pools were beautiful with amazing views and surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife we saw so many beautiful wildlife was like being in a rainforest so peaceful and tranquillity just heavenly The gym was great with walking /running machines, weight machines and free weights with a beautiful outlook to the water and nature we enjoyed watching the family of beautiful dusky langurs monkeys, squirrels and birds There gardens are so pristine tropical so pretty grown and cared for so much love the staff and management are truly the heart and soul of this beautiful resort making this place even more special felt like family a second home was just magical The restaurants, bars and pool bar service was amazing, great prices for five-star quality food just amazing fresh with the fresh produce and large servings we are big eaters and we so impressed with the great, yummy food and servings and great selections to suit all tastes Breakfast was fantastic, great selections and choice of fresh cooked eggs and fresh rotis and hot food and fresh fruit and cereals and bakery and juices and coffees and teas and all the staff so helpful always go above and beyond even remember your favourite orders they truly go out of their way to remember everyone giving you the extra five star friendly service making you feel special even when busy the staff truly go above and beyond giving you the five star friendly service A must to do is The Seafood BBQ dinner service The pools are beautiful large one tropical perfect dream just heavenly and the bar service was fabulous with great bar menu food selection and great cocktail selection and the staff even happy to help make cocktails for guest who requested a cocktail that not on a menu giving hat extra care making guest stay even more special Happy hour by the pool is a must so relaxing enjoying the magical views and nature enjoying this five-star magical life it's truly one of the best holidays we ever had, and we have been to many islands this is truly a hidden gem, and the staff and management are truly the heart and soul of this magical place we can't wait to go back our only regret we wished we discovered this hidden gem earlier as it places, we would just love to keep coming back as too many of the guest we meet there also been long term returners from all around the world and i can see why a total magical hidden gem thanks to all the amazing, beautiful staff and man agent who are truly the heart and soul of this magical place must do is the mangroves and Egle tour just around the corner from the resort this island is surrounded by the most magical nature and islands and wildlife we even saw large otter, eagles monkeys' fish and bats at the bat cave and enjoyed swimming at so many hidden little islands truly a must see once again all local and boat captains are so kind and friendly we learnt so much during out outings and exploring and got to enjoy LANGKOWI Another tip Grab was easy and affordable and very quick service getting around the island very easy

I simply love everything about this resort especially its serenity and calmness. It is as if the world stopped for me. Couldn't find a better place in Malaysia for the same experience. I also love the fact that the pool and gym are closed at 11.00 PM.

Loved the location with the amazing evening sunsets. Great facilities, amazing breakfast and multiple dinner options on a daily basis. On top of that very friendly and nice staff that try the upmost to make your stay memorable. We had the chance to drive around the island ourselves and in our case this was definitely the best we could have chosen. Can highly recommend Northern Episode Langkawi for taxi service & renting reliable cars for a good price (much better arrangement and service then the big companies) In case you have the opportunity to choose a room with sea view like we did, it is very much worth it even though you are already next to the beach. It will make your stay even more memorable. In case we will ever come back to Langkawi no doubt that we will stay here once more!
