Swiss Inn Sungai Petani

I stayed at Swiss Avenue Hotel for 2 nights with my family and overall had a very comfortable experience. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean, the air-conditioning was cold enough, and the bed was comfortable for a good rest after a long drive. One thing I enjoyed was the breakfast buffet. There were both local and simple western choices, and the dining area was clean and not too crowded in the morning. Parking was also convenient, which made things easier for us. Another thing I appreciated was the noise level. The hotel environment was quite peaceful at night and the room was relatively quiet, so we were able to sleep well without much disturbance. The location is also convenient with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. In terms of value, I think the price was reasonable for the quality of the stay. The cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and overall service made it feel worth the money. Overall, it felt safe, relaxing, and suitable for both family stays and short business trips. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Sungai Petani.

Would have given it a five, but lost a star due to the pillows smelt sweater. Great staff, hotel and location. Have pillow protectors and wash the pillows for hygiene. Had the Ramadan buffet and the choice of food was good so were the tastes. Please please change the pillows for.

This place is not safe bcs being handle bunch of stupid ppl .The reception guy is stupid not assist properly. Not ask booking or walk in or are you mr.....I about rushing to find a room. I booking on agoda on that night . Also agoda broken apps show diff date after the payment . Fcknhelll, then show pending transaction, i dont get any email abt confirmation. I already call the hotel but they ignore me maybe u stay here , any req u will be ignore.
