We spent two nights at Anggun Boutique Hotel. We had a nice, furnished room, facing the street. You can hear the street noises, so if you don't want to, I would indicate that when booking. The room had an air conditioning and a fan, a double bed, an extra bed for our daughter, plenty of windows, a desk and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. For breakfast you have to indicate in advance what you want to eat with an indication of the time. You fill this in on a form and in the morning it is prepared fresh. It's a small-scale hotel. The location of the hotel was ideal; very central to the Bukit Bintang district. Jalan Alor is just around the corner, a lively night market where you can eat excellently. Several restaurants, bars and shops, including supermarkets, are within walking distance. There are also several shopping centers within a short walk.

Not a hotel at all, more of a dormitory or half way house for transit travelers. Reception unmanned in the evening . Bedsheets, pillows, mattress not really clean. They give you a key to get to the rooms (for security) but they keep it open during the day (the door leading to the lift). DONT GO FOR MASSAGE , beds are filthy! Might be a good hotel before 2020, but definitely NOT a 4star hotel for 2024. Read the reviews from 2023, all true. AVOID AVOID AVOID . There are better, real hotels in the area.

I am sure this was once a lovely hotel. The photos on the internet suggest that. But now everything is very tired and barely works, especially the airconditioners. Rooms on the street are extremely noisy. The rooms are tidy and somewhat clean. And the staff friendly. But it’s run more like a guest house than a hotel. There are better places to stay.
