Property at good location very nice we enjoyed hers

Hi, everyone, I am writing a full report on the hotel Mycity KUALA -LUMPUR (Malaysia). old name of the hotel CITIN MASJID JAMEK, so I am writing a review with the old name. Stayed at the hotel 3 nights in July 2025. Room rate for two 5700 rubles with breakfast. Accommodation -Took deposit and tourist tax. At first we were moved into a very small room 203, I was surprised, because on the site the room was larger and with a table. Having said that and a little upset, they went to check in. Clear. The room was with a window, the window won't open. No table. No fridge. The air conditioning hangs over the front door, so we were not “blown away”. Couldn't set up the channels on the TV, asked the staff- brought the junkets. The second day, the receptionist comes and offers to move into another 404 room, and it's a big one... compared to the first. With a window. There's a table. Normal textiles, clean, stains who makes? -hotel guests. And they don't always wash off. In the bathroom, mini gel shampoos. If they run out, you can ask. There's a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cups, spoons in the room. No cockroaches or mosquitoes were found in the room. But in the evening, sitting on a shop near the entrance to the hotel I saw huge cockroaches. There's an elevator in the hotel. All rooms have no balconies. There's a luggage room. Cleaning-- they told me not to go into the room, so I don't know. Meals- didn't regret booking with breakfast because the cafes open late, there was no refrigerator to buy a snack from the evening. From food - butter, jam, bread, rice, noodles, omelet, vegetable gravy, tea, coffee. There was no meat or fruit. The staff is friendly, sympathetic, polite. Hotel grounds - immediately there is a market with things, prices are super, continuation to the left of the top with food. I haven't, so I won't say anything. At night, people sleep on the shops without a fixed abode. Nearby subway and major attractions. Hotel for budget tourists.

Very nice experience all facilities good. staff very good, hotel is very clean and food for Indian family best part it is in the main location. We love it.
