Concorde Kuala Lumpur

Stayed at Concorde Hotel for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for work. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a great choice for business travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and good service. Would stay here again.

Not far from KLCC at walkable distance. Along the Jalan Sultan Ismail and close to the Bukit Nanas monorail, making it easily accessible to many other places in KL. This is an old hotel but it is well-maintained, It still retains much of its charm since the last time I visited it more than 10 years ago. Car park is a little far from the main building but no issue for us. Our room was good and clean. The rain shower was strong and refreshing. Amenities were replenished every day without the need to remind the housekeeping. Breakfast had many variety to choose from. The first morning breakfast food was not seasoned well and the food tasted bland. But the other days were reasonable.

We have been coming back regularly here as the stay are always pleasant. The stuff are friendly and helpful. Siti Hajar always made us feel at home with her excellent service in the F&B section. Christine Lew is very professional, efficient & friendly in handling room booking.
