It's an OK homestay but you can get better hotels with this price in city centre they do have housekeeping restaurant, swimming pool, parking, and lobby The transportation it's not that easy there train station 500 meter away but it's good if you have car Overall it's ok

Don’t stay here. 1) We were not at KLCC. They were in the distance, and we always went through 3 or 4 taxis before one would attempt to find our "hotel" because it was so out of the way. Once our taxi was lost for 45 minutes. Since the office closes at 10, there was no one to call for directions. 2)We arrived at the apartments (as the hotel was in an apartment building) and had no instructions that the office was on the fifth floor of the building. One of the three elevators wasn't working with a sign dated from Dec 2012 saying it would be fixed within the day (we stayed Aug 2013). The building and elevators were old. The walls were dirty. I didn't feel particularly safe here. As we arrived at the room, so did the cleaning service. I had emailed saying we might arrive at 1, Check In is stated at 2, and they hadn't even cleaned the room at 3! They told us to wait 10 minutes. But then they took us to another room. At our new room, they were mopping the floors, so we had to wait until they dried 3)The locks were a joke. My three year old could have broken one easily, as the door frame was coming off. 4)No internet or phone in the room! The phone was for calling downstairs. The internet was at the cafe. The staff said the internet hadn't worked the day before, and it didn't work our second day there. 5)I sat on the couch and ants crawled all over me. I checked on my kids in the night, and there was a two inch cockroach-like bug crawling right next to my daughter. 6)They had the bare basics in the room. A small bar of soap and two towels. No hand towels/washcloths/trashcan in the bathroom. The bed only had an extremely thin blanket. As we didn't arrive back until after 11 the first night, we weren't able to call down and get another blanket. I'm not sure they would have even had an extra, as they didn't have a baby bed, and they only had one iron to pass around (with an ancient, tiny, broken ironing board!) It was a big apartment. But that's it!!

We stayed in a three bedrooms unit. Though it's spacious enough but maintenance is poor. Location is a major problem if you don't have transportation. Master room' doorlock is broken and the explanation from them was the previous guest accidentally lock from inside and the management can't open the door and have to break it and they didn't want to replace it with a new lock to let this happen again! Asked for hair dryer but they did not send. Kitchen worktop is dusty, though have some plates, cups and gas but can't cook because of no frying pan or any wok. Master room's was dark due to some of the lights was not working. Towels n floor mats not clean. Living room's air-cond was not cool. I won't go ther again and won't recommend to friends too.
