Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur first opened its doors back in 1996. You’ll notice bamboo everywhere here. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with an amazing city view that’s honestly pretty iconic. The amenities cover everything you need. Yes, the interior shows its age a bit, but it has its own charm and that’s part of the experience. There’s a restaurant on site, plus a swimming pool on the 3rd floor and a kids’ play area too. It’s a 5-star hotel right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Honestly, it’s a perfect base if you want to explore the city and soak up the vibe. You can walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, Saloma Bridge, and the subway stations in just a few minutes. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maya 😊 The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable perfect for a family of three. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in process was also very fast and smooth, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Fahmi for the excellent hospitality and professional service throughout our stay. Highly recommended 👍

I would like to complain about the maintenance of the room. Most of the parts are falling off, for example, room key card sensor cover keeps falling off, toilet tissue roll holder out of place and much2 more. The worse defect is leakage coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Lastly, I surveyed via booking.com & website that the swimming pool was huge & serene but unfortunately to my surprise the swimming pool was small & not well maintain (tiles coming off, which is extremely hazardous & water circulation not functioning). I can go on but it will be too long. Pls refurbish your hotel, it’s a pity that the location of your hotel is so strategic but the condition in the hotel itself is not up to the standard.
