Plaza Kuala Lumpur

The room was crap to be honest and freezing cold with air conditioning. The actual hotel was really good - nice clean dining area - nice Irish Pub next door and excellent staff as well. Malaysia is not a safe destination to go to - but great to meet some Aussie locals travelling like myself.

Checking in was smooth, Hotel staff assisted us with Storage as our flight arrived in Malaysia around 8.00 am in the morning. Went out to the city after leaving the baggage in the hotel. Reception staff were cheerful and very helpful. Rooms were on the 9th floor. Spacious rooms and toilets. Got an upgrade free. Wifi was working at good strength in the rooms. 5-7 minutes to the Sultan Ismail Station. Or can easily book a Grab through the app. 7/11 just on the other side of the road. Table water, tea, coffee were provided daily. Hot water was continuous and good. The restaurant was good. Check out was smooth. Had no issues. Will I return? YES- I didn' face any experience not to.

Reception is friendly and give full corporation when I'm staying at this hotel. Help me to booking grab car because my handphone have problem unable to connect the internet. In future, when back to Kuala Lumpur, this hotel my first priority.
