I stayed here while working long hours from my room, and the team went well beyond what I expected. I have ongoing back problems, and with no proper desk setup I ended up working from the floor for hours at a time. Housekeeping saw this every day when they came to clean the room. Rather than ignore it, Allin took the initiative and went looking for an office chair for me. She sorted it without me ever having to ask. That small act made a real difference to how I felt for the rest of the stay. It also says a lot about the standard of service here. Staff who notice a guest struggling and act on it are rare. Thank you to Allin and the housekeeping team. The room was spotless throughout and the service was genuinely thoughtful. I would stay again without hesitation.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived until check-out, I was impressed by the hotel's exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to help, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team. Every morning, they welcomed guests with genuine smiles and provided attentive, efficient service. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food, and the entire restaurant staff worked hard to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Their dedication deserves recognition. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Tommy, the Lounge Manager. Tommy is an outstanding professional and, above all, a truly kind, honest, and caring person. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and well looked after. His warm personality, sincerity, and attention to guests made a lasting impression on me. I also thoroughly enjoyed the live music performances in the lounge. The band was excellent and created a wonderful atmosphere every evening, making the experience even more memorable. My heartfelt thanks go to Tommy and his entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I wish Tommy continued success, good health, and happiness in both his professional and personal life. People like him are a great asset to Pullman Kuala Lumpur. Pullman was a very good experience. Staff is very efficient and prompt. Place was clean. Location is very convenient to the main hub of town. Sharif, the concierge and others we encountered were very very responsive.
