Signature Hotel Kota Damansara

I will give them less than 0 score if I can. The location of hotel is good (walking distane to LRT), inside the room is ok (cold ac and hot shower). We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (one double bed and on triple room). Once we arrived hotel, a lot after 2 pm which is check in time, they told us there was no more triple room as it was rent our hourly and we have to wait one hour til the renters check out. We did go out and came back around 8pm which they again told is to wait 3 more hours as the renters continued their stay. So we went to find another hotel to stay. For the double room, we did check in as they said will be no refund. The worse part is right in front of our room's door is a storage with full of rat urine also rats running around. Inside the room was fine for ac and hot shower, they gave us used roll of tissue paper (half a roll). We still can feel smell of rat urine most of the time so we asked for paying one night and cancel the next which they refuse to refund. The reception is the worse, she is sp rude. She said she has the right to sell the triple room hourly as we never call her to inform that we are coming, infact we did our booking with full payment one day earlier. She also told us, we can complain whatever we want "she doesn't care". Don't ever think of booking this place. I travel a lot over years and always choose to stay in budget places becuase thinking that just to sleep, shower I don't need much, I want to save budget, but this place is beyond terrible. It ruined the mood for trip and make me think paying a little more for my mental health.

Im very upset , just arrives late about 1 am we tried to call the hotel there is no response at all! Should hotel reception are 24/7 but there is no one to pick up my calls to reconfirm our lateness check in ! Then we arrives to the hotel itself i see the counter person has no experiences at all for handling online booking guest, plus he said that there are no rooms available anymore! How come i already paid for the hotel thru agoda and confirmed then suddenly he said that no rooms available ????? And he got no system at all for handling booking thru online ??? He asked me to go to the other New Wave hotel at Sungai Buloh under the same property, its been 20 mins from current location tho! Ok so we got no choice we need a place to sleep then check out, We arrived at the second property...This is my first nightmare hotel that i ever booked ! Its much more different from the picture that shown in agoda ? Are they trying to cheat a guest or what for doing business?Plus, the place are scary! There is a dark empty room with full of DUMPSTERS! We’ve got no other choice just walk along thru the nightmare area to reach our hotel room.. i cant believe it at all! Plus i am very angry now, we are really exhausted just put our eyes closed only, and bathroom sizes, are really bad its like a small store room that we have to change angle to close the bathroom door ! Please dont put this creepy, lowsy, low hotel services, it same like a motel rated standard in agoda ! Please , agoda have their own standards choices of hotel which is best reccomended for the guest/ customer!
