The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They just upgrade the rooms, new bathroom, floor with tiles and new furniture. Room with LCD tv & free wifi. Very satisfied with the room. The hotel provide ample free parking space for the guest. Easy access to public transportation like monorail, rapid bus & LRT within walking distance. Grocery shop and shopping arcade is just around the corner. Lots of foods stall with variety choices nearby and they are open till late midnight. Hotel is very safe with 24 hrs CCTV & security. I will definitely recomended this hotel to friends & relatives if they come to KL coz the hotel rate is very cheap and it is value for money.

Stayed for conference. Taxi could not locate it.Hotel signboard was in between 2 stalls!.Surrounded by stalls and market. Room and linen smell and had stains.Lights dim and 2 were out. Toilet was clogged on arrival. Housekeeping sent an old man with a pump! Stinks and had to change room. Could not sleep due to air con which has no remote and smelly pillows. One of the aged staff at front desk was rude and was of no help. Near monorail but had to go through rows of stalls and not too safe. Beware the towels are UGH!!

Poor room. Sticky and not clean. Smelling pilow and bed. Unfriendly staff. Room not provide drinking water and broken tv channel. Telephone cannot be used. Dont have remote for air conditioner for adjusting temperature. Mostly door lock are broken and not repair well.
