Hallmark Crown Hotel

The room is clean and comfortable. Check in and out eas swift and efficient. The breakfast was excellent as the nasi lemak and mee goreng was really authentically Melakan. Ample parking space and location is in front of Melaka Raya so plenty of amenities nearby.

Very bad service, advertised in website with wrong information. When we asked, reservation staff not so friendly.. Just ignore our request...Promise someone will attend you but I waiting for so long but no response from anyone. My advice, do not stay... You will very disappointed...

We had a very good stay in this hotel. If you’re looking for a best budget hotel, this is the place to be. The hotel location is good, very near to famous landmarks in Malacca including malls & other establishments. Had a concern a bit on cleanliness, but overall, still ok. We had a free breakfast in our booking. Breakfast was served in buffet style, not so much on the menu but the foods are ok. This hotel is a value for money. Definitely will book this hotel again.
