When we go in the room, i am shocked because the interior is like budget hotel, the tv is so outdated like it come from year 1990's and the screen is snowy and there is no cable tv, only national tv!. The dressing table, bed is so old like it is 25 years ago...The worst when we go there the internet line is so bad and the front counter told us they are having problem with their internet. This is unacceptable as this is a 6 star hotel!!!! When we are in the room, the phone line is so bad and our family and friends couldnt reached us! Not to mention wassup cant be reached as there is no internet line. The sound proofing is so bad as we stay ground villa as we can hear upstairs room floor creaking and when there is children running and people walking in their upstairs room. We have an upmost unpleasant stay and to think this is a 6 star hotel and we have to pay premium for this kind of bad environment and service.

I am currently staying here for two nights, and I’m already regretting my decision after just the first night. This hotel is by far the worst 5-star property I’ve experienced in Malaysia — and I’ve stayed in many. Cleanliness & Room Condition: The room was a huge disappointment. The bathtub drainage was clogged and full of hair. The water didn’t drain properly in the bathtub or basin, and the WC was completely unacceptable — it got stuck and overflowed. For a 5-star hotel, this is shocking. Bedding & Amenities: The bed and pillows felt more like a budget motel than a luxury hotel. The TV was smaller than my home computer monitor — very outdated and not fitting for a premium room. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was a disaster. There were only six food options, and replenishment was painfully slow. There was no Americano or cappuccino available — only basic options. The food quality was below par, tasteless and uninspiring. Service & Staff Attitude: Staff service, especially in the restaurant, was poor. When I requested a small bottle of mineral water, I was told it would cost RM8 — something many 5-star hotels offer complimentary. The attitude was indifferent and dismissive, not what you’d expect from a supposedly high-end establishment. Overall Impression: I genuinely feel like I’m staying at a poorly run 3-star or budget hotel. I’m seriously considering checking out early despite having another night left. Hospitality here is non-existent. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves a clear warning to others. Final Verdict: Stay away if you value comfort, cleanliness, and true 5-star service. This hotel does not live up to its rating in any way.

Last minute planning, check-in reviews & trip advisors are crowded for bad reviews, especially scary and dark nights. But decide nk try based on the image in the review looks beautiful. Honest review: 1) For those who like modern hotels, this is not an option where you are sgt nature, quiet, sgt suitable for healing from the distress of the city. So not smooth and not afraid Sbb begins to remember far in the interior area. 2) The price of the sgt boasts the environment of the hotel that sgt nature, workers sgt rajin, all the time sweeping leaves, clear garbage. It's important there are no monkeys and beasts. Nice to bring a little boy. 3) The swimming pool area is best sbb sgt clean, always awake, x meet leaves and mould pony. Water crystal clear, mmg there's an outside contractor who keeps the pool. Nmpk diorg clean the filter & add chlorine properly. Ade waterfall and surrounded by forest. The crawling noise, the birds, and the waterfalls smell a bath like the real waterfalls. The pool floor is made of river stone drpd. Plg attracting attention, xde lumps a little pon cracks stone or in the wall of the pool. Dried leaves pon xde in the pool even though new lps rain. 4) Buggy service good, sgt decent. Expected delay time checkout sbb all nk checkouts simultaneously. It's an ordinary thing, even a five-star hotel can't do it. 5) Night mmg dark, but still ade street lights, only x can expect bright mcm hotel kt town. Usually resort that nature in the forest, environment mmg mcm this. But xdelah scared, can walk around the resort at night. Only the mindset is scared of ghosts and likes to think that bkn2 mmg will be scary 6) Mase pegi kitorg deliberately select weekday sbb xnk many org. But don't worry, always work around the resort area. 7) Kitorg room new aircond, tiptop. Pipe sinki, shower all new, toilet sgt clean and comfortable. The exhaust fan in the toilet function sgt strong dpt suck all the vapors and odors in the toilet. 8) A spacious room and lots of windows. Suggest to choose upper floor sbb wooden floor, somewhat sounds a little while walking. 9) Only the soundproofing room less sbb structure of the room made drpd 100% wood. But a fun arrangement of beautiful wooden sgt and wrapped. 10) Only at night after dinner, the door of the room must not be opened. Lock problem. Call the front desk, resort sgt's response is quick and workers are coming to help. It's only in 30 minutes for a technician to solve a problem. But tomorrow morning Pegi brekfes so again lock problem. Kitorg Pegi informed at the front desk meeting manager, he kept apologizing for the difficulties and extending the checkout until 3pm.
