A small new Ins/Motel. I was caught off guard when given a family capsule room instead of a family cottage as indicated in the booking. My suggestion is scrap the use of family cottage and use the family capsule instead. The capsule is comfortable and it is a good way of maximizing the tiny spqce in the room. However, facilities in the room can be improved. There 's no chairs and desk in the room. I feel that management can prepare stackable stools and foldable desk to accommodate the tiny space. The space on the wall in the room can be used since the floor is so tiny. Can put up a rack on the wall so that guests can store their clothes there. Management should explore the ideas of using/maximising tiny space, there is lots of good ideas on this in the internet. Try look up in programs like tiny houses or tiny spaces for ideas. Overall, the hotel has potential but need to be more creative in using the limited/tiny spaces that you have.

For the price that your are paying the hotel is good. The rooms are smaller and cannot accommodate a family, perfect for a single occupancy. The bathroom is clean and tidy. This hotel is close to Tesco and also there is an Old Town outlet right beside the hotel, also there is a laundromat right next to the hotel.
