Selesa

I stayed at the Trove Hotel for two weeks for business in Johor Bahru in July 2026. It was my first time in Malaysia. The Hotel was a delight: comfortable rooms with all needed amenities, fast wifi, lovely pool and fitness room in a location with easy, safe, walking to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, laundry, all kinds of delicious restaurants and neighborhoods to explore, easy access to all of JB and to Singapore as well. But the thing that really stood out and made me feel at home and on vacation at the same time was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff - especially Lynda and Vijay at the front desk. They always had a smile and a helping hand, great suggestions for activities, expert assistance with logistics, and encouragement and cultura interpretations when I needed those as well. By the second week I considered them, and especially Lynda a true friend and reason to return. Which I hope to do soon.

Our stay at TROVE Johor Bahru Hotel was truly a wonderful experience! The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a staycation with all my friends. The food served was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed every breakfast and dinner buffet meal. A special thank you to the amazing F&B staff, Jahna and Taufik, for being so helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We would also like to give a big shout-out to Mr. Amri for his excellent service and warm hospitality. His friendliness made our experience even more memorable! We are truly grateful to all the staff at TROVE JB for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. The hospitality, delicious food, and comfortable rooms made this hotel one of the best places for a staycation with friends in JB. Thank you, TROVE JB team, for making our stay so special! We will definitely come back again!

Project director booked the grand Columbus for our school's leadership board AGM and it was a huge success not just because of the work our leaders from our school leadership board has done but also because of the service the hotel provided us with. The stuffs were helpful and friendly. The food was great. It's quality and cleanliness were 100% maintained. If I were to use one word to describe it all, I say perfect. The workers that work that night at grand Columbus for Maktab sultan Abu bakar leadership boards AGM totally deserves a raise. Thank you for your service.
