Seri Malaysia Mersing

The Good: The room itself is quite spacious with plenty of moving around room. The environment is peaceful, quiet, and away from loud noises. The Bad (Cleanliness & Maintenance): Housekeeping is very poor; we found stains and human hair from previous guests in the bathroom.A lot of units have a serious mold problem and smell quite damp.Highly suggest wearing slippers/flip-flops in the bathroom because the floor does not feel clean. Final Verdict: It is a little bit pricey for what you get. The extra space and quiet vibe are nice, but it is definitely not worth the price when the rooms are this unhygienic. It is only okay if you need a quick place to crash for a night, but not for a comfortable holiday.

Hotel absolutely to avoid. Total dirt and complete absence of maintenance. Bathrooms to be redone entirely: broken, when you flush the toilet the water comes out of the joint between the floor and the sanitary. Animals running on walls, walls and floors. Stained sheets and towels, smelly rooms, air conditioning almost non-existent. If he had been in Italy, he would have already locked up and thrown away the keys for lack of the most elementary hygiene and health rules. Very bad breakfast: 2 slices of bread thrown in a corner with chemical jam and butter now liquid for the heat. Common area with swimming pool left to itself, with 4 tables and 2 chairs put without any logic. Amazing.

I put this note because the staff was very good! Clean pool and breakfast was good! We didn't have any clothes... we asked and they gave them to us. There are restaurants not too far away. For the rest, the hotel needs a new one!
