The Royale Bintang Resort & Spa Seremban

This hotel is value for money, the room is huge and the location is great. Bathroom is of very comfortable size. Quite well equipped.

Bad customer service, lousy, old furnitures, will never come back!! If you want arrive slightly early and you wish to check in they ask you to pay RM 60 extra. Stupid hotel, stupid staf.

Stayed at Royale Chulan and the staff, including the housekeepers, were very friendly and welcoming. Service was pleasant throughout our stay. However, the walls are quite thin. We could clearly hear our upstairs neighbour walking, which was quite disturbing especially when my little kids were sleeping. It would be great if soundproofing could be improved for a more comfortable stay and now they have the clean water tap fix in the toilet
