My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms are in dire need of renovation—they felt old, outdated, and not at all like the photos online. The bed sheets and towels were worn out and should have been replaced a long time ago. They didn’t feel clean or comfortable, which made the stay unpleasant. There were several other issues as well, such as poor maintenance, with broken fixtures and a general lack of attention to detail. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel until they address these serious concerns.

The worst experience, it's not worth paying 300++ for a dirty room, they even provide pillows that don't have any filling for this reason it's hotel standard, what? The toilet bowl isn't cleaned properly, be prepared for urine stains, the funny thing is that the room doesn't have a phone, for the reason that all the rooms have no phones, then why does the room next to the one we got also have a phone? If you ask HK, HK says the room was made last night, our room has problems until the evening, if it's late at night you can change the room, why don't you check the room before selling it, even HK CKP will pack it back, if we go back to the room there are only 2 places Just cleaned again, maintained, pool staff, FNB staff are just okay, for breakfast, I think you should provide something more than what you have, because breakfast is too basic like in budget hotels, please improve the attitude of your staff and please check properly the room before selling is not playing selling jee

Checked in earlier in this hotel prior to a program by my agency to avoid the Saturday jam. Chose the same superior room that i will get for Saturday's program. Paid RM162nett. With the bad cleaning by housekeeping and outdated furniture, i think this room should be RM100 nett only. To conceal the inadequacy of the room, there is only 1 light in between the bed 1 at the entrance. Aircond is not cold too, esp for the bed below it Best to avoid this room category. Not sure if the higher categories would be better. The only merit for this room 504 is the great sunset view i get
