Euro Hotel

Booked a Superior Family Junior (No Window). The hotel is strategic. Near to eateries, salons, mamak, awesome massage centres, nice lobby & lift. Comb, toothbrush, towel and shower cap provided. Complimentary bottled water provided. The light is too dimmed. Some of the lightings are faulty eg. the wash basin mirror and lighting above the dressing table. Seriously need water pump for shower. Cigarette smell in the toilet. Sticky floor.

I booked 2 family rooms (1can fit 5adults, 1 can fit 3 adults). It cost me RM300 per night. Judging from price/pax, it is cost effective. There are a few things need improvement: 1. Toilet : one of room unable to flush, called front desk and fixed. Air-con controller missing in one of the room, manage to get a new one from reception. 2. Room: big space but the lighting is a little dim and the switches are old fashioned. Bad air ventilation in the room. Water pressure is low, need better pump. 3. Reception service: good and fast check in. Helpful staffs. Will I go back to this hotel next trip? Probably no. Since there are other better choices.

Wonderful room design, brilliant designer utilise every inch of the room space. Cleanliness need more improvement. Cigarette stain was every inside the room. Door latch was broken, feel unsecure, although room been double lock from inside. 5 minutes away from Aeon Bukit Indah, Lot of eatery near to this hotel.
