We booked two 3-bedrooms apartments 1.Bedbugs and lizard Woke up with multiple bedbugs bites which was confirmed by drs. Day 1 saw lizard crawling around the living room 2. Bedsheets and pillow Has blood stains which I should have suspected that there is bed bugs. 3.Safety The balcony lock was faulty and there was no railing. May be risky for family with small kids may There is no internal lock in the main door and also latch area. Anyone with access card can just come in anytime. 4.Hot flask Hot flask is dirty. Despite pouring away first boil, there remains dirt in the boiled water. Please note that I use bottled mineral water to boil and there was spots of sediment in the boiled water from the flask old stains. When I asked for replacement, they send in another old flask which tripped and couldn't even be used. 5.choked toilet Another apartment which we booked had choked toilet on day 2 Our own master bedroom toilet flush wasn't really working and needs double flush 6. Water heater Was not working in common toilet and was leaking water throughout.

I stayed in May 2024. Apartment is very hugh and clean. HOWEVER, waiting for the lift is such a pain. Be ready to wait for up to 10mins for a lift or longer. Also, the lift that was for our apartment was not working. We had to use someone's else lift to access to our floor. And to our horror, that apartment owner decided to lock her lift. No other lift on the floor had access to the ground anymore. So me and my family including 60 years old elderly had to climb down 11 floors each time we want to come down. This includes with our luggage in the end. No help!

This is to write about my most recent stay at the KSL Apartments. Check-in and Check-out were fast. Aside from that, my stay was not pleasant. The apartment was very dirty and not to quality standards. First, the toilets smelled of urine and even had fresh urine stains. Of the 3 showers, one backed up and one did not have hot water. The walls, furniture, and linens had stains. One of the bedroom walls even had green mold. I messaged and called for clean towels; however, no one came. I am very disappointed in my stay and will not return. Pros: Location, near the mall; felt safe; air conditioner worked.
