M Suites Hotel

M suite Hotel is a well known name however the m suite at Jalan Skudai JB is not well maintain. Old building, under staff. The hotel is formerly known as Mikasa and provide great service and facilities. +ve - cheap - spacious - good location -ve - old furniture - wiring hole on the floor which is not safe for guest. - entrance light that I can not switched off( I took out the bulb) - no bellboy to assist your luggage (I took the trolley myself and started to put my luggage & stuff then suddenly a security came help me, actually the security was a bellboy too) - impolite frontdesk (not all, only the girl who attended me for check in.)

This was my 3rd visit to m suite hotel...the price is reasonable for the room is spacious..However compared to previous visit which overall i can give a good thumbs up but this time there are a lot of area need to be improvised by the management 1. The toilet is not clean well - the shower curtain got a lot of black stain - The toilet bowl and bath tub also had some yellowish stain on it Please make sure this thing is taken seriuosly...some people cannot tolerate with unclean toilet... 2.When we open the fridge there is old food left by previous occupant and it was not clean at all. 3. We had back pain sleeping as the matress is old already..the centre part of the mattress has lost its spring effect.we woke up frequently as our sleep is disturbed cause we need to adjust our body not to be at the centre... 4.Breakfast is only so so - we came at around 9 and the egg station is already closed...the salad need varieties and no topup provided despite there are still people around Despite all the bad points, credit should be given to the staff as they are very helpful & friendly ...The parking lot also easy to park. There are alot of improvement need to be done for M suite hotel to be the top hotel at JB , to bring up back its name, a major renovation need to done...A good strategic place, with this u can attract a lots of people to come to ur hotel....thank you.

Spent a night here before entering Singapore for business trip. The room was quite big for its price and its comfy as well. I'm more impressed with the cafe staff as they are quite friendly and gave good service. The coffee and pizza was good as well. Breakfast spread is good enough.
