When I called to request for another 2 towels, they told me it's chargeable at RM10/towels. 2. BEDROOM: ❌️ bed sheets have blood stain. ❌️pillows and entire bedroom were dusty. ❌️ phone was diry, dusty and has missing buttons. ❌️ curtain was dusty and dirty. 2. BATHROOM: ❌️ Bidet leaking and rusty. ❌️ no soap holder at shower area.❌️ sink tap is moulded , rusty and dirty.❌️ tap water was yellowish.
