Not bad.. good and clean room.. near to city centre.. free parking .. hotel provide towel / tooth brush / soap / shampoo..non smoking room.. sounds resistant.. free filter water for drink.. can order food from room .. convenient store nearby

WORST HOTEL EVER STAYED. Paid RM360 (including tax) for a deluxe family room for 4 pax . 1. The room only gave 2 towels. When I called to request for another 2 towels, they told me it's chargeable at RM10/towels. 2. BEDROOM: ❌️ bed sheets have blood stain. ❌️pillows and entire bedroom were dusty. ❌️ phone was diry, dusty and has missing buttons. ❌️ curtain was dusty and dirty. 2. BATHROOM: ❌️ Bidet leaking and rusty. ❌️ no soap holder at shower area.❌️ sink tap is moulded , rusty and dirty.❌️ tap water was yellowish.
