Things have changed alot compared to many visita before 1. some of the Common parking now have become vallet parking rm30 i think , difficult for hotel guest to get parking nearby 2. Cleanliness of Swimming pool - water is dirty 3. Breakfast - no refil for finished dishes and cooking counters have no chef working 4. At night not allowed to seat at the easy chair near the pool while last time allowed 5. Food at chinoiz have to wait for a longer period after ordering 6. the rest no issue all good, l feel maybe the mgmt changed and its taking a toll on hotel guest and feeling unpleasant compared to previous mgmt many2 years ago

Aku check in skrg (24/5/2026) ambil 2 bilik dgn harga sama. Dia bagi 1 bilik dalam keadaan baik dan 1 lagi, dalam keadaan tak teruk. Facility bilik teruk giler. Tak berbaloi bayar, dah 2 bilik. Dengan plug point ada 1 dibahagian meja, mana nak charge phone, iron, lampu meja dan water kettle. Kepala paip shower tercabut, peti ais tak function. Kalau macam ni, baik aku ambil hotel budget. Aku rasa, patut la di JB hotel thistle ni dah tutup. Menyesal bercuti di sini. 1st & last. Dari Hazrul - +601167905707 Checked in today (24 May 2026) with two rooms booked at the same rate. One room was in decent condition — the other? A complete letdown. The poorly maintained room had only ONE plug point — located at the desk area only. How is a guest supposed to charge their phone, run the iron, use the desk lamp, AND boil water all at once? This isn't a luxury request — it's the absolute bare minimum. To make it worse: the shower head was hanging off the wall and the mini fridge was completely dead. For what we paid across two rooms, this is simply unacceptable. Honestly, a budget hotel would have served us better. No wonder Thistle JB has already closed its doors — the state of their rooms says it all. First visit. Last visit. Total regret.

Old Hotel. The hotel itself is located at a good place. They have private beach and swimming pool for both adults and kids. Staff was friendly. Room was rather a disappointment. It was dusty. The door and the wall is thin. So at night it was quite disturbing with all the footsteps and noise from next door. Bfast was good. They had good selection from western to Asian. Overall it was a good weekend escape for us for relaxation.
